1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
Your continued use of phpiso after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page regularly so you're always in the loop with what's current.
These phpiso Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and phpiso. They apply to all games, promotions, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, and any other service we provide.
2. Eligibility
To open and maintain a phpiso account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Philippine law sets this as the minimum age for legal gambling activities.
- You must be a legal resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion registry or prohibited persons list maintained by any Philippine gaming authority.
- You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

phpiso reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
3. Account Registration
Each player is allowed only one (1) phpiso account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether for personal use or to exploit promotions — is a direct violation of these phpiso Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at support@phpiso.best. phpiso will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to secure your login details.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
phpiso supports a range of payment methods tailored for Filipino players, including:
- GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph
- InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
- Online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank
- Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. phpiso does not accept third-party payments — all deposits must come from a payment account registered in your name.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the method selected and the completeness of your KYC verification. phpiso reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request before processing, particularly for amounts above ₱50,000.
Important: Funds in your phpiso wallet cannot be used to purchase or redeem goods outside the platform. All balances are non-transferable to other users.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
phpiso regularly offers bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and VIP incentives. Each promotion comes with specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games. These details are always published alongside the promotion itself.
General rules applicable to all phpiso bonuses:
- Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering turnover has been completed.
- Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

- Any attempt to exploit bonuses through bet manipulation, arbitrage, or multi-accounting will result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

phpiso uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all digital casino games. Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from licensed studios. All results are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant round's conclusion.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpiso platform and will result in immediate suspension and possible legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Collusion with other players or dealers to manipulate game outcomes
- Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, or using phpiso for any illegal financial activity
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such discoveries must be reported to support immediately
- Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive language directed at staff or other players
- Impersonating another person or creating accounts on behalf of others
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's software or security measures
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the phpiso platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of phpiso or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phpiso content without explicit written permission.
The phpiso brand name, logo, and associated marks are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
phpiso collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these phpiso Terms and Conditions. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein.
We may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or licensed third-party service providers where required by Philippine law or for the purpose of fraud prevention and identity verification. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpiso's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpiso is not liable for:
- Loss of earnings, profits, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or force majeure events
- Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these terms
- Unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in securing your credentials
11. Account Termination
phpiso may suspend or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@phpiso.best. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after meeting all applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days.
Accounts found to be in violation of these phpiso Terms and Conditions may be closed without prior notice, and all associated balances may be forfeited.
12. Governing Law
These phpiso Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of the phpiso platform that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
